DAY ONE
The movers got here right around 8:00 last Wednesday and unloaded all of our stuf into the house. It's a three bedroom, two and one-half bath townhouse, with about 1200 square feet of living and storage space. It also has a one car garage. It's nice and new and clean... but small! The housing development is called "The Prairies", so we're calling it "little house in the prairies".
We started the day with a hearty bowl of oatmeal (while still at the TLF).
Ethan was a big help today. He unpacked and put away all my spices in the kitchen and painstakingly unwrapped all of our pictures.
Before long we came across the boys' outside toys; wow, were they thrilled to see them (it's been over three weeks since they've seen it!)
Stuff is everywhere! At least with the boys happily occupied outside, Ryan and I were able to figure out a few things and get some stuff put away.
DAY TWO
We stayed at the TLF last night because we didn't have a chance to get the beds put together or make them. So we were back in action again this morning!
